The products are highly effective in carrying out their work, whether they are hardware products (automation lines, machines, ...) or software.
Efficiency
The goal of each product is to maximize production yield by making the most out of all available resources. For automation lines and robotic cells we also pay particular attention to the management of time (meaning the overall cycle time), and of space. Last but not least, we also focus on the environmental impact by making design choices aimed at energy saving.
Ease of use and maintenance
Technology is at the service of the person by providing increasingly "intelligent" systems in order to interface with the operator/maintenance technician in the best possible way, speeding up the commissioning of the plant. Particular attention is paid to the diagnostic part, which allows immediate identification of the problem and provides a strategy for its resolution in real time. We prepare preventive maintenance plans in order to avoid line productivity losses or even line stoppages.
Rapidity in customer assistence
We offer a remote assistance service for the identification of the problem and an immediate attempt to resolve it, if this operation does not lead to results we take action directly at the customer in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
