The products are highly effective in carrying out their work, whether they are hardware products (automation lines, machines, ...) or software.

Efficiency

The goal of each product is to maximize production yield by making the most out of all available resources. For automation lines and robotic cells we also pay particular attention to the management of time (meaning the overall cycle time), and of space. Last but not least, we also focus on the environmental impact by making design choices aimed at energy saving.

Ease of use and maintenance

Technology is at the service of the person by providing increasingly "intelligent" systems in order to interface with the operator/maintenance technician in the best possible way, speeding up the commissioning of the plant. Particular attention is paid to the diagnostic part, which allows immediate identification of the problem and provides a strategy for its resolution in real time. We prepare preventive maintenance plans in order to avoid line productivity losses or even line stoppages.

Rapidity ​​in customer assistence

We offer a remote assistance service for the identification of the problem and an immediate attempt to resolve it, if this operation does not lead to results we take action directly at the customer in order to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

About us

The company has been founded in 2015, the creators have always been involved in high-tech industrial automation. The skills acquired individually in the various work experiences have been combined in order to offer highly efficient solutions on the market. The division into departments allows a better identification and resolution of the various problems during the construction of an automation line.

Mechanical design
The internal mechanical design department allows every single component to be entirely designed, developed, assembled and tested. The internal mechanical design allows to respond in instant time to the customer's decisional variations both in the preliminary design phase of the line and in the construction phase.

Electrical design
The entire electrical system is designed internally in order to be flexible to the customer's needs, the standardization system makes it possible to significantly reduce both design and assembly costs and time.

Software development
The software development department includes highly specialized technicians in PLC, Robot and HMI software development and analysis. Our database allows you to archive and trace every single change made to the system software in order to provide the customer with the highest quality of assistance and transparency in the operations performed.
 
Testing
The testing department is responsible for testing all the software developed in order to eliminate any imperfection.

Research and development
It is a department of a high importance: as there is a constant evolution of technology, it is necessary to pay constant attention to new systems and resources in order to make the most out of every technological possibility.

Assistance
The relationship with the customer does not end when the system is tested but continues for the rest of its life, we provide the possibility of checking the problems encountered in a very short time, in order to immediately solve the problem or organize the assistance as quickly as possible.
