Mechanical Design
Every single element of the cell is entirely designed with detailed structural checks and complete functional simulations. Furthermore, all the operating conditions of the robots are simulated and verified, improving overall cycle times by completely eliminating the problems deriving from the geometric configurations of the robot itself.
Electrical Design
During the electrical design, each single component is defined, as well as its location, its interface and its method of use. The standardization of the components is a strong point of this phase which allows to reduce development and installation times.
